We have a dedicated inspection department with a full range of measuring equipment. All manufactured components undergo a full inspection before despatch from our works.

The measuring and inspection machine will allows us to give the customer a full report on tolerances of any component we produce. Control quality control on batch work items. Reverse engineering a component to a CAD CAM model which we can then machine from.

Red Ant Production Control

Red Ant Production control software will allow us to produce accurate quotations to producing a route plan of each job through the workshop from start to finish.

Purchasing control, invoicing delivery notes and work scheduling .
